Nature of the service

Networked Automation provides educational tuition in technical analysis, with emphasis on momentum indicators and confirmation techniques. We do not provide investment advice, brokerage, portfolio management, or trade signals. Classroom examples are instructional, not recommendations to buy or sell any instrument.

Enrolment

A place on a programme is confirmed only when we accept your enquiry in writing and any required deposit or fee is received according to the rates page and booking correspondence. We may decline an enrolment if a cohort is full or if the programme is unsuitable for the stated experience level.

Intellectual property

Site content, workbooks, checklists, and annotated examples remain the intellectual property of Networked Automation or their respective owners. Students receive a personal licence to use course materials for their own study. Redistribution, resale, or classroom reuse by third parties without written permission is not allowed.

Liability

Trading and chart study involve risk of financial loss. We are not liable for trading decisions you make during or after tuition. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the website or tuition is limited to the fees you paid us for the relevant programme. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Website accuracy

We aim to keep programme descriptions and rates current. If a published figure conflicts with a written booking confirmation, the confirmation prevails for that booking.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of the United Kingdom have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or your use of the site, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
