Evidence from people who sat the drills

These notes describe specific programme work — confirmation checklists, MACD rules, Stochastic location — not generic satisfaction scores.

“I used to act on every RSI dip below 30. The Intensive forced me to wait for structure and a second oscillator. My chart journal is quieter now, though I still catch myself rushing on Monday opens.”

Helen Cartwright Part-time FTSE swing trader, Warwickshire Momentum Confirmation Intensive

“The coaching session rebuilt my MACD rules around the London open. We threw out two settings I had copied from a forum and wrote three that match how I actually sit the session.”

James Okonkwo Independent currency trader, Manchester One-to-One Momentum Coaching

“The Saturday workshop was dense in a good way. The confirmation map sits beside my monitor. I would have liked a little more time on Stochastic ranges, but the drills on stacked agreement were worth the day.”

Priya Nair Retail trader returning after a break, Bristol Confirmation Techniques Workshop

“They marked four of my past entries and showed where confirmation was missing. Uncomfortable, useful, and specific — not a pep talk.”

From crowded panes to a two-indicator routine

Sophie Lang · Momentum Confirmation Intensive

Sophie joined the Intensive after months of adding oscillators whenever a trade failed. Her charts carried RSI, MACD, Stochastic, and two custom lines that mostly repeated the same message.

We stripped the workspace back to RSI and MACD, then spent sessions three and four building a confirmation checklist tied to FTSE cash hours. Homework required her to ignore any idea that lacked both oscillator agreement and a marked acceptance level.

By the final session her journal showed fewer marks and clearer language. She still trades her own decisions; what changed was the discipline of waiting for confirmation before the pen touched the chart.

“By week four I could explain why a MACD turn without price acceptance is unfinished work. That sentence alone changed how I annotate charts.”

Range location before the Stochastic cross

Marcus Bell · One-to-One Momentum Coaching

Marcus understood Stochastic maths but treated every cross as equal. In coaching we printed two quiet ranging weeks from his own history and ranked crosses by where price sat inside the range.

Crosses in the middle were demoted. Crosses after a boundary test, with RSI not opposing the idea, were promoted to candidates only after price accepted a short-term level.

He left with a one-page rule set and a mild reservation of his own: the method feels slower than his old habit, and he is still practising the patience it demands.

“I booked three coaching sessions after the workshop. The tutor kept returning to location inside the range — a detail I had glossed over when watching Stochastic crosses.”
